School Information

We all know that photo day can be seen as a pain for the school as it excites the kids and disrupts lessons. However parents love it as they get beautiful photos of their children in an environment familiar to their little ones.

To make the day run smoothly a site visit will be done beforehand to ensure the space is adequate and to discuss any requirements. This also allows us to talk about the schedule for the day. We do ask the school to be flexible enabling us to work at a suitable pace ensuring a steady and efficient flow!

On photo day the photographer/s will arrive nice and early to park, unload and set up equipment before the children arrive.

After the day, photographs will be edited and proof cards will be sent back to the school/nursery promptly. Parents can order online or via the paper order form. All photographs will be delivered to the school/nursery for parents to collect unless parents have requested a postal service.

- We use Sims compatible software enabling you to easily upload pupils photos.

- All our photographers hold an up to date DBS and all our equipment is PAT tested and insured.

Commission

A generous commission is paid on all sales within 4 weeks of the photo orders being delivered to parents. An easy way to raise money for your school

Staff Boards

Staff photos are free of charge if taken on the same day as school/nursery photographs are.

Photographs can also be used for ID cards and for display on the schools website.
